Micron Technology, Inc. is hiring an Assembly Process and Equipment Engineering Intern in Bendemeer, Singapore, to study semiconductor assembly processes and equipment, identify process variations and failure modes, conduct experimental planning and statistical analysis, and develop data-driven improvement proposals. The intern will also explore Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI-assisted workflows for engineering analysis and productivity. The role requires basic engineering statistics, experimental planning, or Failure Mode and Effects Analysis knowledge, familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and preferably experience with Statistical Process Control, Design of Experiments, or engineering statistical analysis. The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing, or a related engineering field and can commit to a full-time five-month internship from January to May 2027.
