Description
Micron Technology is seeking an intern to develop an AI-driven reliability analytics and automation framework for NAND product engineering. The role involves executing MAF/ULR wave tests, collecting and analyzing reliability and qualification data, performing Level-1 failure analysis, identifying patterns and improvement opportunities, and presenting technical recommendations. The intern will also produce technical documentation, source-code documentation, and a final presentation, with a stretch goal to develop a GenAI-powered reliability engineering assistant. The position requires electrical or computer engineering, semiconductor and device-physics knowledge, basic programming, analytical skills, and familiarity with data-visualization tools.
