Description
Amber is hiring a Process & Resource Optimization Intern to support the review and continuous improvement of processes across its Shared Services functions. The intern will map workflows, document current processes, identify duplicated or low-value activities, analyze resource use, support standardization and automation, clarify handoffs and dependencies, and help test and implement improvements. The role requires a current student or recent graduate in a relevant field, strong analytical and communication skills, basic Excel or Google Sheets proficiency, and a willingness to learn how different business functions operate.
