Hilltop Securities Inc. is hiring a Summer Operations Intern to join its Operations team for an in-person program from May 24, 2027 to July 30, 2027, with work locations in downtown Dallas and various branch locations. The intern will support invoice processing, vendor-spend reporting, contract mapping, general ledger reconciliations, internal controls, and ad hoc financial analyses. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred, along with strong Microsoft Office, analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
