Description
The Order Management Specialist executes customer order processing and billing, coordinates with planning, finance, logistics, and other business functions, handles distributor and end-customer enquiries, monitors open orders, and supports customer creation and master-data setup. The role requires strong customer and business orientation, analytical and communication skills, cross-cultural teamwork, English fluency, and knowledge of Korean and/or Mandarin; it is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on the MY2 Standard shift.
