Micron Technology is hiring a Summer Intern for its Process Integration Engineering team in Singapore. The internship focuses on advanced semiconductor memory technologies, including NAND, DRAM, and HBM, and covers process integration, device reliability, failure analysis, data analytics, automation, and AI/ML applications. The intern will produce technical documentation, analysis reports, improvement evaluations, and demonstrations of analytics or AI/ML tools, with a minimum duration of four months and a preferred period of May to August 2027.
