Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Process Development Engineering Intern to develop and optimize semiconductor processes for current and future memory products. The intern will work on a dedicated technical project, collaborate with process and equipment engineering teams, perform root-cause and failure-mode analysis, conduct fundamental research, and analyze pilot manufacturing and technology development data using statistical methods and AI-enabled analytical tools. The internship concludes with a formal presentation of project results and requires a student pursuing a Ph.D. in a relevant technical field, with enrollment through September 2027.
