Micron Technology is hiring a CMP Process Intern to develop and evaluate Chemical Mechanical Planarization processes for advanced DRAM technologies. The intern will work on process development, optimization, characterization, root-cause analysis, experimental research, and statistical and AI-enabled data analysis, partnering with process and equipment engineering teams. The role requires a student pursuing a Ph.D. or equivalent in a relevant technical field, with semiconductor processing, materials characterization, process development, or manufacturing research experience preferred.
