Description
Micron Technology is hiring a DRAM Dry Etch Process Development Intern to develop and optimize advanced semiconductor etch processes for next-generation DRAM technologies. The intern will conduct experiments, analyze process and manufacturing data, collaborate with process, equipment, and integration engineering teams, and apply AI-enabled or data-driven methods to improve engineering efficiency. The role requires an ongoing M.S. or Ph.D. in a relevant technical field, knowledge of dry etch or semiconductor fabrication technologies, and experience with experimental design, data analysis, or engineering research. Preferred qualifications include semiconductor process development, programming, statistical software, and root-cause analysis experience.
