Description
Micron Technology is seeking an intern for its 3D DRAM Metals team to develop and optimize semiconductor processes, partner with process and equipment engineering teams, perform root-cause and failure-mode analysis, analyze pilot-scale manufacturing data, and apply artificial intelligence and AI-assisted tools to improve process development and engineering productivity. The internship requires a Ph.D. or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant technical field, completion of the program by September 2027, and experience with experimental design, data analysis, and technical problem solving.
