Description
Micron Technology is hiring a 3D DRAM Photolithography Process Development Intern to develop and optimize photolithography processes, partner with process and equipment teams, conduct root-cause and failure-mode analyses, analyze pilot manufacturing and technology development data, and research solutions for next-generation memory technologies. The intern will work under experienced engineers, collaborate across subject areas, and present project results to technical and leadership teams. Applicants must be currently pursuing a Ph.D. in a relevant technical field, remain enrolled through September 2027, and demonstrate experience with experimental design, data analysis, and scientific or engineering research methodologies.
