Description
Micron Technology is hiring a DRAM Thin Films Process Engineering Intern to work on a high-impact summer project focused on semiconductor process development and optimization. The intern will research and develop solutions for next-generation memory technology, conduct experiments, analyze data, apply statistical and AI-enabled methods, collaborate with process, equipment, and integration engineering teams, and present technical findings. The role requires a current Ph.D. candidate in Materials Science or Chemical Engineering, semiconductor or thin-film process knowledge, experimental and analytical experience, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
