Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Dry Etch Process Development Engineering Intern to develop and optimize semiconductor dry etch processes for future memory technologies. The intern will conduct experiments, analyze process and pilot manufacturing data, collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, and apply AI-enabled analytical tools. The role requires current enrollment in an M.S. or Ph.D. program in a relevant technical field, knowledge of semiconductor processing or plasma physics, and experience with experimental design, statistical analysis, and data interpretation.
