Micron Technology is hiring a Procurement Cost Analyst Intern to support cost analysis, should-cost modeling, market intelligence, benchmarking, procurement analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled process improvements across construction, facilities, tool installation, equipment, and related procurement categories. The intern will collaborate with procurement and business teams, analyze technical and financial data, and use Microsoft Office and AI tools. The role requires 0–2 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's or master's degree in a related field with expected graduation in September 2027 or later, and strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Required Previous Experiences: 0–2 years of relevant experience through internships, research projects, coursework, co-ops, or academic projects in procurement, construction, engineering, project management, supply chain, analytics, or related fields.
Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business productivity tools for analysis and presentations.
Proficiency using AI-enabled tools and large language models for analysis, data extraction, process improvement, or automation.
Preferred Qualifications: Coursework, internship, project, or research experience in construction management, engineering, procurement, sourcing, quantity surveying, cost estimation, or project management.
Experience with cost analysis, benchmarking, market research, should-cost modeling, or procurement analytics.
Familiarity with construction projects, facilities systems, capital equipment, tool installation, or industrial infrastructure environments.
Experience applying AI, automation, data analytics, or digital technologies to improve business processes and decision-making.
Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated leadership through academic projects, student organizations, internships, work experience, or community involvement.
