Description
Plexus is hiring a Product Intern to support and lead manufacturing process development in Surface Mount or Electro Mechanical assembly areas. The intern will help define and improve manufacturing processes, review labor quotes and engineering change orders, support manufacturing readiness reviews and process validation, and develop knowledge of design for manufacturing guidelines. The role requires a student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, along with experience in Solidworks, AutoCAD, and Lean Sigma, and proficiency with Google Applications. The internship is non-exempt and pays $23–$27 per hour.
