Hays Electrical Services is hiring a Project Management Intern for its paid summer internship program in Houston, Texas, with potential travel to project sites across Texas. The intern will support active electrical construction projects by coordinating schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders, budgets, subcontractor compliance, procurement, and project communications, while working with project managers, superintendents, and field teams. The role requires a student pursuing a relevant bachelor's degree, strong organizational and communication skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency; experience with project management software, construction internships, or contracts is preferred. The internship runs for 10–12 weeks from early June through mid-August and includes mentorship, a capstone presentation, and consideration for full-time employment for strong performers.
