The role manages and audits a real estate asset database, reconciles lease data between Sequentra and Contavio, coordinates with local teams, organizes contract documentation, and supports migration from Sequentra to Tango. Candidates should be pursuing or recently finished a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or Engineering; have strong spreadsheet and Excel skills; be comfortable working with large datasets; and be fluent in English, with Spanish a plus.
