The Intern - Research & Development will support fabric innovation and product improvement for the Bodywear Value Stream at MDS - Ratmalana. Responsibilities include conducting lab tests and sample evaluations, collecting and documenting experimental data, coordinating with production, quality, and technical teams, preparing development reports, maintaining records, and supporting continuous improvement. The role requires a degree or diploma in textile technology, material science, engineering, or a related field, along with analytical, communication, MS Office, and attention-to-detail skills.
