JazzWorld is hiring an Islamabad-based Rewards, Performance & Analytics intern for a six-week placement. The intern will support people-related initiatives and projects, including rewards and performance activities, exit form, wellness, and recognition programs; collect, analyze, report, and visualize data; coordinate with stakeholders; prepare documentation; and assist with regional employee initiatives. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree, strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills, communication and coordination abilities, initiative, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
