Description
The Hanover is seeking a Field Intern for its 10-week summer internship program in Worcester, Massachusetts, intended for the summer of 2027. The intern will support Risk Solutions Consultants on insurance risk analysis and mitigation, including research, account preparation, loss trend analysis, customer follow-up, and technical project assistance. The role requires current enrollment in a bachelor’s or advanced degree program, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in the United States without sponsorship; preferred degrees include fire safety, occupational health and safety, construction safety management, environmental health, insurance, or related fields. A housing stipend is provided, and the intern may be considered for a full-time field role in the Mid-Atlantic region after graduation.
