Description
WSA is seeking a Smart Lean Intern to support engineers in manufacturing shopfloor studies and Lean initiatives. The intern will analyze production data, participate in Kaizen workshops and continuous improvement projects, collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams, develop dashboards and reports, and support Smart Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives. The role requires an undergraduate pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business Operations, or a related field, along with analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and hands-on shopfloor skills.
