NXP Semiconductors is hiring an Embedded Systems Intern in Bucharest to develop test applications and automated measurement solutions for characterizing temperature, power consumption, and performance on i.MX processors in bare-metal and low-level software environments. The intern will translate customer benchmarking requests into test scenarios, execute thermal, power, and performance measurements, analyze sensor and laboratory data, develop automation scripts, support debugging, and prepare technical reports. The role is a one-year contract with part-time or full-time options, flexible work hours, and a work-from-home policy.
