North Atlantic Industries is hiring a Software Engineer Intern for Summer 2027 to assist with designing, developing, testing, and debugging GUI-based applications, software libraries, and software-hardware integration tools for embedded products. The intern will work with Windows, Linux, and embedded operating systems, test equipment, and engineering staff, while learning coding standards, design practices, and version control. The role requires enrollment in a relevant engineering or computer science program, programming knowledge, strong analytical skills, and U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency; preferred qualifications include embedded software, GUI and TCP/UDP Ethernet experience, debugging tools, and Microsoft Office familiarity. The internship follows a Monday-to-Friday day-shift schedule with a discretionary 9/80 schedule and pays $17.50-$27.00 per hour.
