Molex is hiring an Intern, Sourcing in Shijie Town, Dongguan, Guangdong to support global category strategic guidance and sourcing activities for the Dongguan plant. The role covers supplier development, performance reviews, cost reduction, second-source implementation, new-project sourcing, material-value optimization, supply escalations, customs and compliance documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field is required, while an advanced degree is preferred; strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, teamwork, English, and Microsoft Office skills are required, with SAP application experience preferred.
