Synopsys is hiring a Software Development & Optimization Intern for its optiSLang development team in Lyon, France. The six-month, full-time, in-office internship focuses on research and development of optimization algorithms, metamodel techniques, and machine learning applications, including C++ and Python prototyping, mathematical formulation, testing, benchmarking, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Applicants should be pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science and have familiarity with numerical methods, programming, surrogate modeling, and computational mathematics.
