Description
The IT Support Specialist troubleshoots Windows desktop and server issues, installs and supports NISC software, removes viruses and spyware, uses remote desktop and Xymon monitoring, creates and tests printers, and provides customer phone support in an ACD environment. The role requires strong customer orientation, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, along with coursework or general understanding of Windows, Linux, TCP/IP networks, and a high school diploma or equivalency; an associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field is desired.
