Description
Micron is hiring an intern for its Test Solutions Engineering team at the MSB Bendemeer site to work on an AI-enabled semiconductor backend test process optimization and technology qualification project. The intern will analyze equipment and process data, evaluate test equipment and software, assess risks, and contribute to technology qualification and transfer for high-volume manufacturing. The role requires engineering fundamentals, analytical and problem-solving skills, familiarity with statistical analysis or programming, and interest in semiconductor test processes and AI-enabled workflows. The internship is intended to last at least five months and may lead to future full-time employment opportunities.
