Description
Micron is hiring an intern for its Test Solutions Engineering team at the MSB Bendemeer site to work on an AI-enabled semiconductor backend test process optimization and technology qualification project. The intern will analyze equipment and process data, evaluate test-handler capabilities, assess risks, and contribute to technology qualification and transfer for high-volume manufacturing. The role requires engineering fundamentals, analytical and problem-solving skills, familiarity with statistical analysis or programming, and interest in semiconductor test processes and AI-enabled workflows. The internship is intended to last at least five months and may lead to future full-time employment consideration.
