Kroll is hiring a Transaction Opinions New Joiner to support senior management and deal teams in transaction advisory and execution. The role involves financial modeling and analytics, fairness and solvency opinion analysis, company and market research, due diligence, proposal development, and client deliverable quality. Candidates must be pursuing a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, graduating between December 2027 and August 2028, have a major GPA of 3.2 or higher, and be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. The salary range is $20–$35 USD per hour.
