The role manages customer contact with pension participants and advisers during the payout phase, supports commercial results, and handles quotations, change forms, surrender proposals, policies, and administrative processing. The position requires HBO-level working ability, relevant WFT qualifications or willingness to obtain them, analytical and continuous-improvement experience, and a commercially oriented approach. It offers a flexible office and home-work arrangement, training, vacation days, and a monthly salary of €3,363.57 to €4,484.76 based on 36 hours.
