Description
Velsera is hiring for a shared internal AI platform role focused on building AI-assisted developer workflows and AI-assisted operations across its engineering teams. The position will integrate AI into CI/CD, code review, testing, documentation, and incident/observability workflows, with strong guardrails for regulated environments such as HIPAA, GxP, and FedRAMP-boundary work. The role reports to the CTO, partners with a Cloud Architect and engineering/security leaders, and emphasizes measurable improvements in engineering throughput and operational reliability.
