Personetics is hiring a CEO-reporting leader to own the company’s internal AI strategy and drive secure, value-focused AI transformation across operations, engineering enablement, knowledge management, and workforce productivity. The role includes optimizing departmental workflows, deploying autonomous AI-agent workflows, building an enterprise knowledge repository and company-wide agents platform, enabling AI-assisted development, and establishing AI governance, security, acceptable-use policies, and AI FinOps. The successful candidate will combine technology or operational strategy, GenAI and autonomous-systems expertise, software architecture, data engineering, internal product or platform engineering leadership, digital transformation, and strong matrix communication skills.
