Aeroflow Health is hiring an Internal Applications Engineering Manager to lead approximately eight engineers in its Internal Applications organization. The role focuses on people leadership, talent development, delivery accountability, and technical guidance as the team transitions from VBA and Microsoft Access development to modern full-stack application development. The manager will provide direction across React, TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS, support the modernization of legacy applications, and partner with architecture, product, project management, and business stakeholders. The position is primarily people-focused, with direct coding responsibilities expected to remain below 25% of the role.
