The role evaluates processes, transactions, records, metrics, systems, and technology to identify and minimize risk, ensure compliance, and improve operational controls. Responsibilities include validating transaction processing, participating in external audits, investigating risks, documenting audit and remediation results, and improving audit procedures. The position requires an associate’s degree, technical, vocational, or business school credential and two years of experience in customer service, dental claims processing, or quality control; audit software, sampling, investigation, or auditing experience is preferred.
