The successful candidate will focus on strengthening internal control systems, particularly in the PayPay system area, ensuring compliance with US SOX regulations. This role involves providing expert guidance, coordinating issue resolution, delivering timely reports, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: three years or more of experience in IT general controls (ITGC), IT application controls (ITAC), internal control-related work related to technology, System audits, SOX compliance experience, and experience supporting the design/build of internal controls.
Preferred Qualifications: Certifications such as CIA, CISA, CRISC, CISM, CPA, US-CPA, etc.
Business-level English proficiency
Experience using generative AI such as ChatGPT to streamline audit workpapers, financial statement review, and evidence verification.
Ability to evaluate AI outputs against accounting and auditing standards and make improvement proposals.
Experience with AI-based fraudulent accounting risk scoring and predictive model building.
Experience collecting and analyzing audit evidence automatically by combining AI with RPA and OCR.
Experience analyzing financial data using Python or SQL, and experience with AI-based anomaly detection and fraud risk analysis.
Knowledge and experience in governance and regulatory response for AI utilization.
