BlackRock is hiring an Internal Audit professional at the Associate/VP level for its Business Audit team to execute regional and global audit engagements, including coverage of Japan business. The role focuses on assessing business processes, risks, and controls; producing audit documentation and reports; supporting remediation tracking; and contributing to audit planning and continuous improvement. Candidates should have a bachelor’s or advanced degree, relevant experience in internal audit, risk management, or consulting, strong English and Japanese communication skills, and an interest in using technology and AI tools to improve audit efficiency. The position is in BlackRock’s hybrid work model, requiring at least 4 days per week in the office.
