Description
BlackRock is hiring a Strategy, Analytics & Operations lead for external engagements to develop and deliver executive-ready reporting, analytics, dashboards, and communications for audit committees, boards, regulators, and other external stakeholders. The role establishes global standards and governance for external obligations, supports audit results reporting, improves data quality, and drives automation across the internal audit reporting platform. Candidates need a BA/BS degree, experience in executive reporting, audit, analytics, or a related discipline, strong communication and analytical skills, and advanced proficiency with reporting, visualization, productivity, and AI-enabled tools. The position follows BlackRock’s hybrid model, requiring at least four days in the office per week.
