PNC is hiring for an Internal Audit Development Program associate to join its Internal Audit organization in Birmingham, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, or Raleigh. This in-office entry-level development role offers hands-on audit experience across multiple PNC business lines, including exposure to risk-based auditing, internal controls testing, compliance, issues management, data analytics, automation, and continuous monitoring, with strong encouragement to pursue professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA. The role is intended for recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree, a minimum 3.0 GPA, and little or no professional experience, and PNC states it will not provide visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
