Binance is hiring an Internal Audit Manager to establish and oversee an independent internal audit system, including annual audit planning, self-assessment mechanisms, routine and project-based reviews, asset segregation audits, virtual-asset listing and delisting reviews, information-security audits, and remediation tracking. The role reports audit results to the Board of Directors and Audit Committee and requires a bachelor's degree, at least four years of internal audit experience in finance or the VASP industry, relevant audit certification, knowledge of COSO and risk management, data-analysis and audit-tool proficiency, virtual-asset and blockchain knowledge, and bilingual English/Mandarin capability. The position offers a work-from-home arrangement that may vary by business team.
