Total Quality Logistics is hiring an Internal Audit Manager in Cincinnati, Ohio, to lead risk-based audits of business systems, operational processes, internal controls, automation, and enterprise risk. The role covers revenue recognition, billing automation, order-to-cash, vendor payments, EDI, ERP, TMS, CRM, HRIS, and reporting platforms, while using analytics, process mining, and continuous monitoring to identify risks and recommend improvements. The manager will present findings to senior leadership, track remediation, and build or mentor audit teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of experience in internal audit, operational audit, risk advisory, process improvement, or consulting, with enterprise-system and analytics experience preferred.
