Esri is hiring an Internal Auditor to work onsite in Redlands, California, supporting the development and execution of financial, operational, and compliance audits. The role evaluates internal controls, financial records, process efficiency, risk, and regulatory compliance; prepares audit programs, working papers, reports, and process documentation; supports remediation and special projects; and interacts with mid- to senior-level management. Candidates need at least five years of internal audit experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field with an accounting certificate or qualification meeting California CPA eligibility requirements. SAP or ERP, information technology audit, risk advisory, and professional certification experience are recommended. Visa sponsorship is not available, and the base salary range is $70,720 to $117,000 USD.
