Description
Mintos is hiring an Internal Auditor to own the company’s internal audit function, including planning and executing the annual audit program, leading audits across finance, operations, compliance, and technology, managing outsourced audit providers, identifying control gaps, reporting findings to senior management and the Supervisory Board, and monitoring the implementation of recommendations. The role requires at least five years of internal or external audit experience, ideally in financial services or regulated fintech, along with strong risk-based audit and internal controls knowledge, Board or Audit Committee experience, and the ability to manage the full audit lifecycle independently.
