Morgan Stanley is hiring an Internal Communications Associate for its Wealth Management Corporate Communications team. The role supports the drafting, editing, coordination, planning, delivery, and measurement of internal communications for Wealth Management employees, including articles, announcements, leadership talking points, FAQs, and field-facing materials. The Associate will collaborate with senior communicators and cross-functional partners, use intranet platforms and AI tools, and contribute to reporting and process improvements. A bachelor's degree and at least two years of professional experience in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field are required; financial services experience is a plus. The expected base pay is $80,000 to $125,000 per year.
