Smiths Detection is hiring an Internal Communications Coordinator to support employee engagement, change and transformation communications, and the delivery of internal communications across a global organisation. The role involves creating content for email, intranet, internal social media and video; coordinating events and campaigns; managing communications projects; supporting business functions; collaborating with stakeholders; and monitoring engagement metrics. It is based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, with approximately three days per week onsite, occasional travel, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
