SpaceX is hiring an Internal Communications Manager to advise senior executives, lead change communications, build a unified culture, develop leadership speaking programs, set communications standards, manage the intranet, handle crisis communications, shape announcements, use AI to scale communications, and measure communication effectiveness. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of business or organizational communications experience, with additional experience in internal communications, change management, employee engagement, and AI tools preferred. It is based on-site in Hawthorne, California, or the Bay Area, California, with less than 10% travel, and offers a Level 4 base salary of $175,000 to $255,000 plus medical, vision, dental, retirement, and other benefits.
