Compass is hiring an Internal Communications Manager to support its Enterprise Communications team by developing and executing enterprise-wide communication strategies, managing announcements and major initiatives, coordinating project briefs and timelines, maintaining executive voice and tone, partnering with people leaders, supporting meetings, and evaluating AI-enabled communication tools. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field, plus 4–6 years of experience in internal, executive, or corporate communications. Compensation is $110,000–$130,000 annually, with potential bonuses, restricted stock units, and benefits.
