Description
Lovable is hiring an internal communications operator to partner with the CEO and report to the Head of Comms, with a dotted line to the Cofounder and CEO. The role owns the company narrative and operating rhythm, plans high-stakes communications, runs company-wide forums, builds an AI-native internal communications engine, coaches leaders, and measures message effectiveness. It is a lean, strategic role focused on systems, judgment, writing, AI workflows, and cross-office alignment.
