Description
Bosch is seeking a compulsory intern for a 6-month placement starting in September 2026 to support internal consulting work across competency management, leadership development, strategy, collaboration, feedback, and transformation. The intern will also help design and implement training programs, improve team communication and collaboration, and moderate internal workshops and management meetings. The role requires a university enrollment, a business, psychology, management, or related degree, basic organizational development knowledge, project coordination skills, MS Office proficiency, strong communication, fluent German, very good English, and on-site presence.
