Description
The Internal Control System Manager will optimize and coordinate the group-wide Internal Control System, assess business processes and controls, identify weaknesses, develop improvement measures, maintain control documentation, advise business units, ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements, and collaborate with Finance, Controlling, Internal Audit, and other stakeholders. The role requires a degree in Business Administration or Law, several years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, German and English proficiency, and willingness to travel regularly. It is a full-time position in Vienna with a home-office option, flexible working hours, and an annual gross salary starting from EUR 60,000.
