Neros is hiring an Internal Controls Manager to build and operate its ICFR and SOX program from the ground up. The role covers control design, testing, ITGC scoping, process-owner remediation, auditor coordination, and reporting to executive leadership. Candidates need 7–10 years of progressive experience in internal controls, internal audit, or risk advisory, including a Big 4 foundation, plus CPA, CIA, or equivalent certification, a relevant bachelor's degree, and expertise with COSO, PCAOB, SEC reporting, ERP controls, and SOX implementation. The US salary range is $133,000–$186,000 base, with competitive equity grants.
